We all know the importance of keeping a place of business in good condition. Doing so can encourage safety, attract new customers, and improve existing customers’ views of a business. It is similarly important to keep your home clutter-free when you’re trying to sell it.
How your home is presented can have a huge effect on a buyers feelings toward the home. If a buyer tours your home or examines the photos or videos attached to your listing and they see a lot of clutter in each room, they may leap to some false conclusions. They may conclude that the home is smaller than it actually is since they won’t be able to see as much of the floor area. Or, they may conclude that there is insufficient storage space in the home. Or, perhaps worst of all, they may imagine that there are significant issues with your home hiding underneath the clutter.
