Hank did a great job! He brought a second guy to house (forgot his name), and that guy wrote everything down (and helped perform inspections) while Hank took pics and performed inspection. Did a very thorough job, and received the detailed report about a day and a half later. Included with detailed report were pics of problem areas of house, which is very helpful, along with report detailing any permits that have been pulled on the property (which was able to show me when the new septic system was put in). Hank was really friendly, and obviously very knowledgable when it comes to home inspections. Oh ya, and he came out to the house after I gave him only 1 day notice!!
